Palliative care is specialized medical care for people with serious illnesses, which strives to provide patients with relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of their condition. In Palliative Medicine we utilize a multidisciplinary approach, relying on input from professionals across the continuum of treatment to formulate a plan of care that can relieve suffering in as many areas of a patient's life as possible. The Palliative care team aims to address the full spectrum of physical, emotional, spiritual and social concerns that may arise with advanced illness.

In this role, you will be working with the palliative interdisciplinary team in providing compassionate care to women and children in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
