The pediatric cardiology professionals at Hawai‘i Pacific Health provide a comprehensive array of congenital and pediatric acquired heart disease services. Our highly trained staff of medical professionals continues to bring innovative cardiac therapies that maximize patient safety and comfort while minimizing risk and recovery time, including our growing interventional and pediatric cardiothoracic surgical programs. Our services include comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic treatments, using procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, echocardiograms, cardiac rhythm monitors, exercise stress testing, and electrophysiology testing. If you enjoy working with people and believe in warm, compassionate health care, you could be the next Nurse Practitioner in our Cardiology department. In this role, you will work collaboratively with attending pediatric cardiologists to deliver direct patient care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, including evaluation and medical treatment, as well as provide health education, referrals to other disciplines, and consultation with other allied health personnel. We are looking for someone dedicated and experienced, with excellent care and communication skills and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse license. Current Hawai‘i Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Two (2) years related experience in nursing.
Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year advanced practical nursing experience. Teaching and/or public speaking experience.
