Job Description
The Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is comprised of over 800 employed
physicians and advanced practice providers. Together with our four medical

Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is seeking a board eligible/board certified,
dedicated and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our unique clinic
embedded in a high school, providing healthcare services to the local community.

to providing high quality medical care, in addition to actively participating in the
clinical learning environment and engaging in educational and other academic
responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for teaching and supervision of learners in the outpatient clinic.
• Participate in the precepting of residents and other learners in the Family
Medicine resident continuity outpatient setting.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• M.D./D.O. degree from an LCME/AOA (Liaison Committee on Medical
Education/American Osteopathic Association) accredited medical school.
Board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (within 7 years).
• Eligible for licensure in Hawai‘i.
• Appropriate procedural skills.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching and patient care relating to ambulatory
Family Medicine.
• Eligible for an appointment in good standing to an HPH hospital facility.
Preferred Qualifications
• A minimum of two (2) years of full-time professional activity in family
medicine and teaching experience in a family medicine residency program.
• Experience working with multicultural and underserved patient populations.
• Interest and experience working with high school students, including those
enrolled in technical, vocational and/or academic post-secondary programs.
